Passed IBM-287 with 77%

Hi,
Cleared IBM-287 with 77% today. I am quite happy with the score. I managed to score almost 100% for the enterprise component development section. Surprisingly when I sat for 484 I scored the lowest for ejbs. The exam is very similar to the mock exam. Even some of the questions were almost the same.
Now I am an IBM Certified Enterprise Developer for WSAD v5.

How did you prepare for the exam? Do you have and do you need to have working experience with Websphere to pass? I read somewhere that the exam is more related to your knowledge of the J2EE specification than the Websphere specifics. Is that the case?

Hi,
I've been using WSAD for the last 5 months and that helped me a lot in my preparation. I've not done any MDB development with WSAD. There were a few questions on the test on the above. In addition, if you are familiar with trouble shooting snd tuning with WSAD it will help you.
These are the books that I referenced.
Enterprise JavaBeans - Manson Haefel
IBM Wbesphere 5.0 Application Server by Wrox
SCWCD Exam Study Kit by Manning
and some IBM red books.

Congrats Saliya ! Saliya since you got 100% in Enterprise development can you do a small favour ? Can you please post the answers of ICE 287 EJB questions, on this thread ? It would indeed help a lot of people who are planning to give the exam .

One small doubt...will there be a hint about the correct number of answers in the test 287 similar to the ICE test?
