Why JCERT-ED doesn't recognize SCWCD, SCBCD

Hi -
I have this one burning question.
Why JCert doesn't include SCWCD and SCBCD in its exam list for getting JCert-Enterprise Developer certified ? It does have IBM-484, then why not the Sun's eqivalent SCWCD and SCBCD put together ?
Is Sun Certification group doing anything to convince the JCert guys that its certifications are comparable or better than IBM's ? This inclusion will increase the popularity of Sun certificates.. and needless to say, make it little easy for everyone.
