is xml certification has value ?

i want to asked is xml certification . has the same value like scjp or not.
please tell ,
i know if in resume we will put scjp certified.
it has some value. that is sun certified programmer.

It all depends on what you are looking at and your experience

If yop are a beginner or with little experience(let us know), SCJP is definetely the way to go or atleast start ..as this would get you a job quickly ..many poeple dont even know about XML certifcation ..

And for using XMl, you will mostly use a programming language to maipulate, transform XML if you are an application developer (C# opr Java) ..so getting acertifcation in the language IS DEFINETELY more important and will get you a job by looking great on your resume

On the other hand if you breathe, walk, talk XML , like XSLT, schema, DTD,XSl-FO, WEb services, XPAth as in most of the financial applications or EDI applications, involving transformation and manipulation of XML, then mabe XML certifcation would make more sense

so IMHO, in the current markey SCJP with SCJD or SCWCD or SCBCD will definetely look GOOD on your resume, have more MARKETABLE value and also get you a GREAT job ..hey after that u can always take XML certifcation

if possible can u tell me
how wizlab simulator is helful.
already there are many test papers available free on the net.
so i think what is the need of wizlab simulator.
but i found many people saying . these simulator help
them.
these simulator are very expensive.
what is your maoney back guarantee , if anyone fails in the exam
tell something about ur simulator ,
suppose i want to do scbcd certification , in 15 days
and my intention is to just pass the exam with passing rate.
i know if i will give 45 days to hfejb, i will got
good marks and with good ejb knowledge.
but if i want to pass the exam in 15 full days .
and my prequisitive is ,i have alredy cleared scjp and scwcd.
if possible please give answer of my silly question.

Well first and foremost,
I feel that in my humble opinion, the real reason for anyone to take any certfication other than the reason for getting a job SHOULD be for the knowlege

Even people who do take certifcation after lots of study do tend to forget stuff unless u keep track of them or use it in your daily wor k ..if the intention is just to clear the exam IT IS NOT GOING TO HELP anyone in anyway ... in teh long run ..


And believe me or not, certifcation or not , if u have the skillset, you are sure to get all the things u were trying to get through the certifcation - better job, pay ..etc and hey if u have teh skillset then u can easily take the certifcation also

well the simulator helps u in getting prepared for the exam ..it gives you a fair idea of what to expect for the exam ..u get to take 5 exams that are mirror the real exam you would eventually take ..amnd passing in these exams does give you more confidence and also helps you reciognize the parts of teh exam you might want to concentrate more

as far as I know due to the large no of topics covered in the exam there are very FEW free question papers available and most of then do not have real world scxenario questions ..

If u find any of them PLEASE DO POST them in the forum It would surely help a lot of XML certifiocation aspirants

hey that looks like a question for the marketing folks of whizlabs

As a candidate taking certifcations here is my take on that :
As I mentioned before, you should not be worried about th money return policy The main point is in lerning new technologies, or updating your technologies or proving that you are proficient in the technologies ..

And of course all the money back guarantee comes with the saying that if you are able to pas all the exams in the simulator ..say for example the 5 exams in XML, you can definetely be assured 140% that u will pass the exam ....And i can assure you that it is not as easy as we think ,even with some cxml exposure it is difficult to get the silulator and pass the exam without any sort of preparation ..

I think that applies to most of the simulators ..there is noway that u can get a simulator today, then appear for the exam next day and if you fail say ..hey u guys promised me 150% money back ...it dint work

Given a choice of spending money on something that I am asured that I will get money back if i fail, and another where i can be asssured that I would get a lot of knowledge , i would DEFINETELT prefer the later one ..as that would also have a Hight Return on Investment in the future
