Can anyone give me a suggestion where to start to prepare for it?

I would recommend starting with Addison-Wesley's book on J2EE Web Services (by me), since this will teach you the fundementals you need to understand more advanced topics on security, architecture and design (see the blueprints) - a lot of the questions in the test are derived from material in this book.
