None of ranchers here have passed the exam, so it's a hard question.
But personally, I think Richard's book is a good resource for preparation. Not only does it cover most of the objectives, it also discusses them in details. The clear organization makes it like reading a spec with plenty of examples And we have Richard here to answer questions from ranchers.
So I guess it will be helpful for the exam, after you have spent enough time on it

Another very important point is that Richard helped create the certification exam and he said that the exam closely matches the content of his book
