I have just cleared SCJP today. I have little experience SAX and DOM and XML.
Iam intersted to do webservice certification, but i dont have any knowledge about the same. Is it possible for me to complete the certification in 5 months(spending 2-3hrs for first 3 months and 5hrs latter 2 months).

Also is any good consice book like headfirst for sjwcd ,k&b for SCJP is avaliable for scdjws.

Prasad, If you have a proper plan to complete all the syllabus then 5 months or lesser than that also should be sufficient.
Regarding the books, there is no concise book for webservices like Head First series. But you can read J2EE Webservices by RMH which covers almost 70% of SCDJWS objectives. Also many others have read material of MZ, xyzws.com apart from that book. Look for the previous posts for others materials what they have used to clear the exam.

Not "what is MZ", but "who is MZ" - its me - Mikalai Zaikin

Some study material for SCDJWS you can find in my signature.
