I have decided to buy the book on J2EE Web Servies by Richar Monsan Haefel for both my project and certification. I want to know what is the latest version. Since I don't know how latest topics are covered in this book.

Since whie I am searching in Amazon site for web services book. I have noticed one thing from most of customer point of view is:

"The code discusses using a Older version of Apache SOAP and Apache Axis."

Whether this problem will be there on this book too!! Since I don't know what is SOAP/AXIS, whether there will be frequent new release for it?

Any inputs on it will be very useful!!

Hi !

There is only one edition of "J2EE WebServices" by RMH.

The book was published in 2004 IIRC, and SCDJWS was released the same year. The book covers technologies from the test.

regards,
MZ

What do you have to say for yourself? Hmmm? Anything? And you call yourself a tiny ad.
