Yes.

Ordering of method invocation in a handler chain (possibly with one of the handlers throwing a fault); place the pieces in the appropriate place in the WSDL document / SOAP envelope; associate the correct JAXR classes with the listed UDDI entities are the type of situations that lend themselves to drag and drop questions.
