well, as u might be aware, its got three levels and the total fee amounts to around $700, if i m not wrong.

Depends where you live, in US, it's 150 for each of the written exam plus 250 for assignment, total 550.

Srini,
I'd head out to Sun's Asia South site and check things out. I noticed they had a list of training centers in the region with contact information. Maybe one of them can help you out.
I did notice that prices on that site were quoted in US dollars so maybe the worldwide price for the total SCEA is $550 (150 + 250 + 150).
