I saw the following supporting courses for the test.
1. Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (00-226)
2. Architecting and Designing J2EE Applications (SL-425)
I was hoping to find a list of Objectives similar to the objectives list for the SCWCD test. I guess we have to study for each of the modules listed in the above courses.
I haven't figured out my target date. There's a lot to study here. I started out with EJB by Monson-Haefel.

The PDF file from Sun's site has a list of Objectives in it - around page 7 I think.
