Hi all,
I am going to start preparing for SCEA. I am a Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP) and a Sun
certified web component developer (SCWCD). Please guide me as to how I should start studying for
the SCEA exams. Please suggest some books or links which would help me clear the exam.
I have worked on servlets and JSP using Tomcat Server 4.0. I do not have any previous experience
in EJBs. Please tell me the Application server that i should use for studying for the exam and
clearing my concepts related the the same.
I have NOT done any designing either and so I would like to know some books that are good to read
through from the exam perspective and in the process enhance my knowledge.
Thanks in advance to all.
Regard

The only book covering SCEA Exam is
"Sun Certified Enterprise Architect for J2EE Technology Study Guide" by Mark Cade & Simon Roberts ISBN 0-13-044916-4

Also good are the web pages on
http://www.leocrawford.org.uk/work/jcea/part1/index.html

Look at http://www.jboss.org for a good and free j2ee application server.

I would recommend that you check the SCEA Links section here at Javaranch, and if possible also look at a few threads. There's a lot of interesting stuff discussed.
You may also join SCEA_PREP and check out the files and links sections there.
If you still have questions, list them in either forum by all means...I think you will find may ppl eager to help.
HTH.
