Hi,
Yesterday I can't upload Part 2 assignment to certmanager.net because the permission issue. Sent a email to SunCert@prometric.com, but still waiting for uploading.
So usually how long you need wait to get the permission, and don't know why after you get download permission but can't get upload permission together.

I am plan finish part 3 before vacation. Can I go to part 3 before I wait uploading permission?
