I think you have to use

No, the url that you mentioned didn't work for me either.

I gave part 2 and 3 on the 7th of July yet to obtain my results...

Point is that Prometric/Sun themselves suggest to view the results on the certmanager. Results on Integral7 link are reflected only after a certain time lag.

I took my part 3 on july 7th and still awaiting results. When i Log into http://www.certmanager.net/sun_assignment
All I see is are these four options Test history, FAQ, Password and logout. So where to we see this upload/watcher link?

However I'm able to acces the Cert Manager from my home network (when I connect to internet directly). I had problem accessing from my work network.

I do not think it is due to spyware because I'm using the same laptop to connect from work and home but I do not know what the reason is

It appears it had nothing to do with any network or spyware. Seems like a temporary outage which has been restored now.
