Need I list all the operation of a class?
If I use a myself framework,do I put the framework members in my class diagram or component diagram.

You need to put in whatever you think will help the evaluator understand your design. If that includes operations and framework classes, then that's what you need.

That said... I actually don't know what to suggest if you decide to use a framework. Personally, I went with only standard Java EE technologies and did fairly well on my class diagram.
