i send an email to ask suncert to give me permission to upload my assignment. usually how long it will take? once i upload the assigment, can i take part 3 immediately, e.g. in the same day?

It usually takes 1 business day to set permission to upload assignment. For me, it took only 10 hours after i sent mail to Sun.

Yes .... you can take part III exam on the same day after uploading your assignment.
