I've been studying the Case Study in Cade and i've been looking at the LineItem class in the Class Diagram and wondering whether i need to apply a similar concept to the Flight Segment relationship.

From what I can make out LineItem holds a number of priced Products. So the LineItem captures the notion of several Products at a certain Price. An Order will have a number of LineItems.

Is that the only reason for the LineItem class? Is its sole purpose to represent a Number of Products and perhaps a Price.

Is there an specific reason why Order has been decoupled from Product?

Get out of my mind! Look! A tiny ad!
