Head First Design Patterns does not deal with J2EE Patterns - it deals with more than half of the 23 (more general) GOF Patterns which were originally collected in Design Patterns: Elements of Reusable Object-Oriented Software (1994).
J2EE Design patterns are covered in Core J2EE Patterns - Best Practices Design Strategies - some information can also be found on the Core J2EE Patterns: Patterns index page

Thank you for all replys.
Yes I mean "J2EE" Design Patterns or Enterprise System Design Patterns not general design patterns. I finished Head First Design Patterns already .

Are there good J2EE patterns books besides Core J2EE Patterns?

In that case you may also be interested in Patterns of Enterprise Application Architecture and Pattern-Oriented Software Architecture, Volume 1, A System of Patterns
- though they are not limited to or specific to J2EE.
