SCEA certification

I have nearly 7 years experience in JEE application design and development.
I completed the certification in SCJP, SCWCD and SCBCD. My major part of job responsiblity is code development. I am just wondering, how SCEA certification would help me in Job search and in getting higher salary? Please post your views and let me know what would you do if you're in my position?

In Sun's training introduction, certification means broad/light future in career. Also it is equal to more money in some meaning, but I don't think you must earn more money after you get the certification. There is not absolute relationships between certification and money.

I have been using java for more than six years. Why I took Sun's certified exam is this was my dream when I began the java journey. I think the main goal for certification is a way to train somebody from a low-level to high level provided by Sun. But I think there is no absolute relationships between a good architect and certification.
