Frequent flyer System

I went throught the requirement, but could not find how the Frequent Flyer system is updated currently. It says travel agents have to look at a shared system to get the miles information, how is that information updated currently when a customer books a flight through agent? Do the agents do it manually?

Any Ideas?

Yes, it is true that it is mentioned how exactly it is updated. However, it is mentioned that they use a shared machine for the FFS needs. This I would imagine is used for both viewing and updating.

Anyway, that is not a major concern as part of the assignment that we are to implement, because in one of the use-cases, I believe it is mentioned somewhere, that FFS points are to be updated once a custer uses to pay by Mileage points instead of a credit-card.

Hope that helps.
