Thanks for sharing your experiences with us. How much time did you took for the preparation? Do you have any prior experience in designing. Even I want to give the exam, but I dont have any prior experience in designing. Can you please suggest me any thing on this.
It took me around 4 months of preparation for the exam. I have good experience in designing. However I can defiantly say that it is not mandatory for the exam. You can gain similar knowledge by study good books and apply that knowledge into mock exams.

sir, if the whizlab exam fine to help me to pass the certification can you give me your feeling, because i have studied like an animal, but i feel that the scenaries questions are confusing, i appreciate the advice of yours, about it.
I did use the Whizlab for the SCEA part 1 and I found it pretty useful. I decided to buy (well, get my company to buy it for me.. ) because I found it extremely useful for SCJP and SCWCD. However for SCEA part 1 it is possible to do without it (I think) if you experience traverses the different aspects and topics required. Personally my EJB experience wasn't great, same for legacy connectivity/applet security... so for those it really helped me.
