I want to start preparing for SCEA Part-1. Kindly, tell me as to which book should I start reading, and where can I get the relevent for the exam.

Thanks, I want to understand the basics of Ant and UML, can you specify were can i find it?

The Ant manual (which is online and also part of the Ant download) is rather extensive. The sections "Introduction" and "Using Ant" should get you going.

The JavaRanch FAQ has a category on UML which includes several pages that should be interest to you.
