Weblogin?.....I presume Weblogic and Websphere
SCBCD is SUN's certification on EJBs. This is strictly vendor-independent and adheres to the EJB2.0 specification available at the SUN's site.
I think both Weblogic and Websphere Vendors have certifications on J2EE which cover Servlets/JSP/EJBs/ etc.....and also a lot of Vendor dependent features in them. For example: The features supported by Weblogic could be different from Websphere, so both exams could be different from each other.
To answer your question, YES......this exam will be useful for the EJB-Part in the Poduct certifications, but I guess you need to cover other topics as well, related to the respective application servers.
