I believe HFE does not cover EJB 3.0. It's only for EJB 2.0. I think we need to rely on EJB 3.0 (JSR-220) specification for the exam for now.

hello,

I have faith in Mikalai Zaikin to complete a study guide for SCBCD 5.0 in time, just as he always has.

Mikalai! Mikalai!

You may refer to the book "Mastering Enterprise Java Beans Third Edition" by Ed Roman.

The Free PDF is available at theserverside.com

There is another book: "Enterprise JavaBeans 3.0 (5th Edition)". Does anyone can say which book is better to study for the new certification exam?

Thanks

hello,

Mikalai did it, just as I had expected: SCBCD 5.0 study guide. Will donate after I passed, as usual. (If donations are still accepted - I don't find it on the website right now.)

I made best experiences using the best general literature for a certain topic and then do the exam specific preparation with Mikalai's study guides and mocks. I'm a SCJP, SCJD, SCWCD, SCBCD, SCJA and passed SCEA part 1.

I guess you are refering to Mastering EJB 3.0, which is the 4th edition.
