Hi.. This is Vishal Devgan.I have recently done certification in SCJP5.0. and looking for another certification of SCBCD.But I am little confused about the version of the EJB technology. I have alrady prepared for the EJB2.0. But there is a new version of certification EJB3.0. So please tell me which certification shall I go for.I'll be very thankful to you.

Vishal,
Welcome to JavaRanch!

A bit farther down on the forum list we have a forum dedicated to the SCBCD certification. I'll move this thread there for you.

Don't worry, your efforts are not wasted, because most concepts remain the same for EJB3, except for entity beans. You could go for SCBCD5, but be aware that there are no books specifically aimed at the exam yet. If this does not scare you, why not try to go for it ? You'll find book recommendations in other ranchers threads, especially in the Wall of Fame, and at the SCBCD Links.

I didn't say it. I'm just telling you what this tiny ad said.
