Whizlabs UCF ( Unique Customer File ) Problem

After reading the various reviews of whizlabs exam simulator for SCWCD 1.4, I decided to purchase this online. Unfortunately after obtaining a license number and installation key I have not been able to download the UCF from their website. I have sent several email's to their support team but have had no reply. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue urgently?, as I have my exam in 4 days time and am on the final stages of my revision.
Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Automatic activation at our site is not working right now. I have just checked with my support department and they have confirmed me that UCF has already been sent to you. In case you have any other problem - please mail to us.

I have just received my UCF from whizlabs and the exam simulator is now working.

I am having similar issues. I would have expected that I could activate the software as soon as I was sent me license key. And the 24/7 whizlab support is very disappointing. I would like my UCF issue rectified as soon as possible. I have been very disappointed with the whizlab product so far.

I am another one. I have scheduled the exam on Monday, and purchased the SCMAD simulator on Saturday. However, I cannot activate it! I have send an email to support@whizlabs, but guess they don't work on Saturday. I don't know if anybody here could help me! It is so urgent!!

I just wanted to share with everyone my experience with Whizlab so far.

1. Their autoactivate feature does not work.
2. Their manual activate feature does not work either.
3. Their support sucks. I mailed them yesterday about my problem and requested the UCF but have not heard anything yet.
4. Then they have in their FAQ that all their products(including exam simulators) have online versions and are available free of charge. They have the steps also in their FAQ how to access it. For that you will have to log on to their website. Well they took that away or down for somereason. I used the search of their website to look for login link and it did report. when i clicked, it forwarded to page not found error page.
I reported this also to them but no response yet either.

Very frustrating experience. I endup spending whole evening working on their issues which i could have spend doing hands on practice.

Update: Have already sent 5 msgs to them but no reply. I am going to wait for little long and then request a hold on payment from my Credit card company. This is crazy.

Hi Guys,

Would anyone have a copy of the UCF file that I can have a look? I downloaded mine off Whizlab's website, made a backup and it doesn't work. I tried to contact them but heard nothing from them. I am thinking I might have modified the file without knowing, so would anyone be able to a copy of his/her UCF file to me? I just want to see how different it is compared to me. I hope yous don't mind as I can do much with it anyway.

I have the same problem too. When I try to activate the product a message "Download file is corrupt" is displayed.
The support responded to my email asking me to send the installation key and license number.
But I have not got a response to the mail I sent with the information they asked for.

I hope somebody helps me here as I have test coming up next week.

Update to my previous posting:
It is over 4 days and still waiting for the UCF. I do not think they are interested in the sale.
I even posted a message to Siva from Whizlab for help but whole day passed by and no response from whizlab.
I have given up and working with Credit card processing company to get my money back.
I wanted to speed up the exam prep by buying this and here I am spending all the time sending mail after mail to whizlab begging for UCF for which I paid in full.
I suggest, do not buy the products from them unless you would like to have headache!!
