today i have cleared the exam with 88%.

i had 70 questions in the exam, but the mark sheet showed 69 questions.

i am very thankfull to the authors of HFS/J and to all ranchers who helped me directly or indirectly.

i have used HFS/J for the preparation.
with Hanumant Deshmukh SCWCD Exam kit specially for Design Pattern.

i have gone through some of the mocks exams.

there were 10 drag & drop questions.
exam is very straight forward with no googlies.

also i got 76% in HFS/J mock exam.

hi
I am preparing with HFEJB. It is good so far. I heard "SCBCD Exam Study Kit : Java Business Component Developer Certification for EJB " is also good but didnt see it yet myself.

I am going to prepare SCWCD... do u think HF book is sufficient for that?
Any idea about "Sun Certified Developer for Java Web Services Study Guide (Exam 310-220)"
All the best and thanks for your help

apart from HFS/J i have used SCWCD exam kit for design pattern and security, there is good explanation for servlet url mapping as well as filter url mapping.

i got one drag and drop question on servlet mapping.

when i started preparation long time back, i have gone through some part of specs of servlet and jsp, i have also readed Mikalai Zaikin notes and some good notes downloaded from internet for EL language.

for JSTL i have used specs.

Hi and congratulations !

I'm preparing SCWCD too, using HFSJ.

Do you think i should buy a copy of the SCWCD study kit book, i mean do you think it's necessary, or HFSJ + practice + whizlabs exam simulator is enough?

Great job! I'm so glad to see you pass! Please consider adding your name to the SCWCD Wall of Fame and I'm sure you'll do well as you move to the SCBCD forum.
