Need help for SCWCD Preparation

Hi All..

I finished my SCJP Certification. Now i am planning to do SCWCD certification.

Please suggest me the way of preparation & books & materials & mock exams.

& also I'm thinking to give my exam by september end. So please suggest me the time schedule also for preparation.I am currently working on J2ee platform.

I am awaiting for your valuable information.

well, HFSJ is usfficient for the exam

since you say your are working on j2ee platform, things will be a bit easier for you. but it again depends what sort of work you do @ the job.

i am a fresher, so i read a begineer's book first before i could try my hands on HFSJ.

Which company do you work ? i ma in chapter 12 of HFSJ, if you have any preparation quries you can ask me. That way even i will get to revise things.

To tell you the truth i am not working on j2ee platform right now but am still daring to give the SCWCD

I have bought the HFSJ book just yesterday and couldnt even get through the contents page. How long did you take to get through the basics first and then HFSJ.

Get me also into the team for revision and stuff
btw when are you planning to go for the EXAM?
And what about you priya?

Hey guys,
I have taken my SCJP way back.
Was thinking to write SCBCB since at that time i was working on EJB and i had almost done.
But then i jumped my company and in the new company im no longer wirking in EJB but in servlets and stuff. So now im thinking about writing SCWCD. But im not interested in JSP, JSTL and stuff. i have done reading upto Session Management(Head first). So my question is, If i dont read rest of the book and do some mock tests(jsp,jstl), will i pass the exam. Tell me your opinion.

I was actually thinking about getting the SCWCD certification ASAP and trying a luck in the SCBCD Exam. Also i dont work in the front-end anymore so i thought its a waste of time. :roll:
