Doubt with resource-ref

Hi ranchers!

I�ve been studied for the SCWCD exam and I got a question.
What�s the difference between resource-ref and resource-env-ref??
Does this work as ejb-local-ref and ejb-ref do??

Any idea? Thnx in advance.
