Yes, I used this book with HFSJ. I read it twice and created study notes for each chapter. I still use it, with my notes, HFSJ and Whizlabs to prepare for my exam (which I am scheduled to write at 9am on Monday).
I really like the book. It is a great reference and I am sure that I will use it as one after I pass the exam. It is very too the point but still has good explanations of the topics. It is definetely a little more advanced that the HF text which I found a little more hand holding. Which I also liked. I still use HF to review certain topics (by rereading the chapter - I reread Custom Actions today).
The questions at the end of each chapter are excellent and allowed me to modify my notes as they too explain each answer. It comes with a free mock exam which I wrote before I wrote any of the Whizlab exams. It was definitely a chalenging exam, that said it was the first of six that I wrote.
I am writing the HF one today.
I hope this helps.

in term of price, this book is more expensive compare to HFSJ
Yes, especially if you're looking at Amazon.com for a number of logistical reasons (on Amazon.co.uk it's comparable to HFSJ). You might want to look at the promotion we're doing:
It's 25% off standard GBP price on there with free international delivery. There's also a complete TOC and Sample Chapter on there to help you decide if it will be useful to you both for the exam and afterwards (which I hope will be the case).
