Hi,
In MVC Design Pattern, how does it "Allows multiple view types for the same info"? Can you clarify the doubt?

From the controller, you can redirect/forward to a JSP, or any other type of view, using the same model. It's up to the view to use the model the way it needs. So you can use the same controller/model set, with different views.
