I am preparing for SCWCD and downloaded a
J2EE
. But, only documentation are there for HttpServlet class,
Servlet
interface etc. Where find proper J2EE.

I don't understand what you mean by "proper J2EE", but the best thing you can do is to download
Tomcat
5.5.

Yes. J2SE SDK and Tomcat (and also JSTL afterwards) is all you need.
