Need help unable to view my result

Hi all....congragulations to all ...i am unable to view my results on the site https://i7lp.integral7.com/ i have entered correct information still getting message like this "We could not find a user meeting the specified criteria. Please review the criteria and try again."

can anybody help...

Read the message of CertManager Elelyn carefully in SCJA forum,
if this was first exam and you are not able to login than
send an email to them [e-mail].

I faced same problem initially then I send message to them
and they replied with login and password.
But reply may take 2 days so wait.

i already have SCJP ....but i dont know how to use that info ....thats why i am trying to login as a first time user...if u dont mine can u please tell me how can i use the info given in the SCJP for accessing my result

this was my first so I dont know but if you are SCJP dont you have login and password?

Well I dont know but you can contact prometric I think they may help you, I mean local prometric where you took exam, if they are working on Satuday.

I too didnt get result, got the same exception, i also sent mail to
[e-mail] , but no reply for past 2 weeks.

Naveen & Faris,
I too faced the same problem, but when i mailed to [e-mail], they sent me user namd and password in 3 to 4 days. Dont worry. Shoot a mail to [e-mail] ASAP. You will be able to see your result.
