Horrible experience at Prometric test center

Hi all,

I got my Sun Certification voucher for SCJA (valid for any 310 exam) from NIIT which is going to expire on 19th September, 2008. I went to the Authorized Prometric Center (CMS institute) located at Thane (Mumbai,India) and asked them to redeem my voucher. I was surprised to see them confused. They had no idea whatsoever about these vouchers and Sun exams. And it was written outside that it is an Authorized Prometric Center and the same is also listed on the Prometric web site as the Authorized testing Center for any Sun Certification exam. This is really irritating. You need to buy voucher at one place, redeem that at another and even then such experiences will trouble you. Its really hot and humid in Mumbai. I should call up some center and then ask them first. That would be wise. If anybody of you is going to approach the same testing center, DO NOT. First call any center and ask them. That's an important advice.
