Correct me if I'm wrong, I think we should put the booking method
implementation on the server side.
Reason:
If the actual implementation is on data client, that means we have make several calls which need network connection, if we put it in the server-side, it will minimize connection overhead.
Any suggestions?

I believe it's one of those where you could do either as long as you document it, and are prepared to discuss WHY you did it.
