IBM's free exam upto 31st Dec,2001

Hi Folks,
What are your comments on IBM's 4 new free exam facilities upto 31st Dec? You will get some info on them in http://www.ibm.com/certify
As they are free i am thinking to appear the TEST 283 in Dec. Can you briefly say how many exams i have to pass to complete the full track? I have mailed IBM and yet waiting for the reply.
