I had almost the exact same problem. I took my test on Feb. 6 and heard nothing. However, I eventually got impatient and called to check to see if SUN even had received my test. After about 20 emails and phone calls, SUN finally replied.
It turns out that prometric NEVER TRANSMITTED MY TEST TO SUN !!! The problem had nothing to do with my test center.
Sun seemed unconcerned about my problem but said that they would "look into it". That didn't reassure me.
I called Prometric myself. The Prometric guy said that my essay exam had been mistakenly entered as a "fail" even though it had never been transmitted to SUN to be graded. Of course, I was concerned and really started bothering SUN. I finally got a call from Monica Green who said that the Prometric guy was mistaken about the failing grade, and that SUN had *JUST* received my exam that day and that there would be a "rush" placed on my exam grading process.
That was 12 days ago.
Still nothing.
$400 dollars well spent.
