About Time limit for assignment

Hi ranchers,
I am new to this forum.
I had one basic question:
I got permission for downloading assignment and exam voucher two days back.On the voucher the expire date is given as 31st march 2003.Does it mean that I should complete my assignment as well as exam before 31st march 2003?.
In this forum I found in some posts that there is no time limit for the assignment.
please clarify me.

Well, you should not have bought the voucher until you were ready to take the essay (meaning your assignment was done)
But it really shouldn't take a year to do the assignment... there is no time limit on the assignment, but vouchers do expire. And yes, you have to upload before you use the voucher.
