when creating Origin and destination combo boxes, we need to create labels for both of them, but looks so ugly to layout label and then combo then label then combo like this one:
originLabel originCombo destinationLabel destinationCombo
Without Labels??? mmmmm, user doesn't know what those combos for...
Any idea...

You absolutely need some way to identify the combo boxes. I laid mine out vertically on the left side like this:
