problem regarding download assignment

I tried to download my assignment for developer exam from www.certmanager.net but they tell me that I don't have the rights to do that.
I've passed my SCJP so I should be able to download it.
Do you have any idea why?

I passed my SCJP last Sept and was able to download the SCJD assignment
in Jan'04. I bought the voucher and they sent me a mail about the assignment 2 days later. I guess you need to wait for 1-3 days after you buy the voucher.

Contact Sun by email at [e-mail] and explain that you are having problems downloading the assigment. Include
Candidate: XXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXX
Address: XXXXXXXXXXXX
Candidate ID: XXXXXXXXX

My confirmation of payment is: XXXXXX
They should respond by email to you (a couple of business days) when the permissions are fixed and then you should be able to complete the download.
