NX: 48 hour rule - anyone pass without it?

I am trying to get a feel for how many of us have been able to pass SCJD without implementing the 48 hour rule. (This assumes that your spec does at least mention it in the background/business section.)

I know Nicholas and Nathaniel have already said in that other thread that they passed without implementing. I also think that Frankie passed without implementing it, based on some of his past postings. So that is 3 so far.

And I also passed without implementing 48 hour rule.
(I just found out the results of my appeal today and will post details soon!
