SCJD voucher

hi all,

i am from India.
i bought voucher for rupees 4500 from a prometric testing centre.
can i use that voucher for downloading the assignment for SCJD
or otherwise i have pay 12000 as said in the sun website.

i tried to download the assignment through CertManager but it said to send mail to [e-mail].
whether i have to send the voucher to that mail id along with my register number.

please someone clarify.

In the U.S. the prometric voucher is a separate purchase from the SCJD assignment. When I purchased my SCJD assignment I did not recieve a Prometric voucher number, I only recieved an email with instructions on downloading the assignment. When I was done with the assignment, I went to the sun site and paid a different amount for "Part 2" which then emailed me the prometric voucher number.

Hi ks,

I think you may purchase voucher of SCJD part 2 (essay exam) instead of the part 1 (assignment). Because for part 1, you have nothing to do with the voucher (just paid only ) . You should contact local sun's training center of your country to purchase part 1.
My experience is same as Richard's, I purchase both parts directly from local sun's training center. After a few day they mail me an instruction to download assignment.

yes you have to seperately purchase assignment for Rs. 12000 from SUN training center.You can use the voucher you have already bought for Essay exam.
