5. Of the following AWT classes, which one(s) are responsible for implementing the components layout?
a) LayoutManager
b) GridBagLayout
c) ActionListener
d) WindowAdapter
e) FlowLayout
The above question is tricky, as Gridbag Layout and Flow Layout - are in AWT Class, where as Window Adapter and Action Listener are in AWT.Event Class. What should be the right answer

I think the key to this question is "responsible for implementing"
That leaves out everything except b and e.
So my vote is for b and e.
Other votes?

Not to be reduntant but the answer could be: "The classes that implement some type of layout mgt". LayoutManager is an interface. ActionListener too. Window Adapter, as all adapter classes, exist to make our life easier when implementing event handlers; nothing to do with layout...

That leaves b and e. Those are real classes that have everything to do with laying out components in a container.

Well, Paul and Tony have 7602 posts between them, so if they say the answer is b and e, I would tend to believe that. PLUS, that is the answer I would give as well.
Tony explained it very well. Scroll up to see his answer.
