Hi !
I was wondering if anyone here knows how the Brainbench Java exam compares to the SCJP ? I know that the Brainbench Java exam covers many more topics than the SCJP but I was wondering about they compare regarding the level of difficulty, ambiguity etc.
Thanks !
Aditi

Aditi,
I also took the online (free )Exam. It covers more OO topics than in SCJP2. The level of difficulty in the 2nd part of the Exam is moderate I think. You can use this opportunity to test your knowledge with qstns which asked comes under SCJP2. I used this just to find out which area we need to concentrate more not counting the final score.

I took the Brainbench exam and scored a 3.13 overall on it. I thought that the questions were somewhat difficult - I think it is nothing like I anticipate the SCJP2 exam to be (based on mocks etc.). It asked a lot of theoretical questions about OOA/D that I knew nothing about. Not too much overlap from what I'm studying (RHE, Cram, Boone)now, though. A nice little extra to add to the old resume...
