Syllabus Change fro October

Guys I am in a fix.
I have started the prepartion for SCJP in a the right earnest.
It s just begin, and I am not sure whether i will be fully prepared before october to take the test.
I understand that the syllabus is changing rather i would say appending with some new topics.
Can anybody tell me the Topics.
Also if i purchase the voucher now, would they frame a question set which would reflect syllabus at the time of purchase of the voucher.

Who told you the sylabus was changing? This persistent rumour seems to have no basis.
When I asked the person in charge (Diane Hudlin, Certification Program Manager, Development Technologies, Sun Educational Services) about this a couple of months ago she said that "We are not planning to change the objectives at this time. If we do decide to make any changes to the objectives they will be posted on our website in advance of the exam publication."
