need help ................urgently???

Dear ,
i have completed certification book of java 2 --- By Robert & Symon
but still i was not get a good score in mock exams..
i have registered for Coupen in 12th f Oct2000 and now i am at the last of 8 months validity of my coupen. i have very less time as i want
to give exam in this week as my semester Exams are in June First week...
Pls give me Proper help what should i do this time and what mock exams shold i do this stage........

Hi,
Do you have 5 more months to take the exam? This is a realistic amount of time to study for the exam. Maha has a lot of suggestions for study that she used.
In General:
1. Get the basics of Java via a good simple book or class.
2. Read Thinking in Java by Bruce Eckel, it is downloadable
3. Read Mugal certification book or Heller's.
Test on each section as you finish the chapter (JQPlus is
good)
4. Use JQPlus exam to find any of your weak areas and study them.
5. Take Marcus Greens exams and
maha's exam,
take other mock exams as needed
By way of rummer, your score on Marcus Greens exams will
give you a good indication of your preparedness.

6. When you answer peoples questions, it also helps you to
think with the material. It does help you to clarify ideas
since if you don't know the answer, you must look it up.


Note: Having someone to answer your questions and clear your confusions speeds your up study time.

Another solution is to see if you can transfer the voucher to someone else that will be taking the test soon.

If you have decided to take the exam, why not concentrate on where most of the questions are.
Look at the Computer Certification Results and try to figure out where the heavily weighted areas are. These will be what you must do well on.
I don't know for sure but I know there "may" be several questions on threads, i/o, overriding/overloading and pre/post operators. (Each exam is different)

hi Charlie thanks for the information .............
Is it possible to transfer the Voucher I think information is
stored in database at Sun about the user at the Time when we pay money for Coupens..........
if it is not so please inform me how can i transfer my vouchers i am in great trouble i think my preperation is not good and time is very little..........
i have payed at STG in New Delhi(South Ex.)
