The splash image of webstart lost its color and resolution

I put a jpeg image at the jnlp file to be a splash imgae as following. But the displayed splash is really ugly when the webstart launch the application. How to make the splash display exactly as what I see in the image edit software?

you can specify different icons for different resolutions. jws should chose the icon with the resolution that fits best:
