Not nearly as friendly as the JSF bridge, but it works, and it works well.

Here's a free CBT tutorial on creating a simple Struts portlet using the Struts bridge from Apache. The assumption is you are deploying to a JetSpeed2 portal. Liferay and WebSphere are both a bit different.

How to Create a Struts Portlet from Scratch

This tutorial just demonstrates how to create a new struts portlet. There may be some nuances for migrating, such as turning forwards into includes, that you may have to do. Check your vendor.

There's also a JSF Portlet Development tutorial as well.

Which portal are you deploying to?

Cheers!
