Hi,
I have deployed an application for client callback using rmi in tomcat.
Now when i try to run the applet as :
http://localhost:8080/ProgressBar/jsp/rmi.html
i get the following exception :
java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (java.net.SocketPermission 192.168.0.24:2293 connect,resolve)

How do i resolve this?

Probably your server application doesn't have an associated policy file that allows the client to pass it a stub. You'll have to do that through the Tomcat container, so I've moved your other question into that forum.
