Hey,
As the world is starting to think in "Cloud Computing" like Amazon and Google AppEngine, how the cloud computing effects our ways to building software?
I mean, platforms like Java or .NET are still used to create applications that will run on a cloud computing hosting?
Do you think JavaSpaces has a role here?
Thanks.

The Gigaspaces web site currently has some cloud related discussions.

"Cloud computing" is just another way of thinking about distributed computing - an area that Sun and JavaSpaces pioneered. There are plenty of ways that JavaSpaces can cooperate with "Cloud" resources - for example, in handling large file transfers with Amazon S3.
