If you are doing great with Struts then you need not shift.
[Edited] Well, if you ask me that you are planning to commence something from scratch and you decided Struts. Or something like you are having tough time using Struts. Then I would definitely say, use JSF, Tapestry kind of framework instead. JSF is an standard and a fast growing framework.
You would, surely, find JSF far more better then Struts. Its a component based framework and save alot more time. It can do all struts can do in a nicer manner.
